Edo state Govt. to immortalize Former ASUU President, Festus Iyayi

Edo state Government is to rebuild Ugbegun Grammar School, in Esan Central Local Government and rename it Festus Iyayi Memorial Grammar School as a way of immortalizing the former ASUU President.

Governor Adams Oshiomhole stated this at a build of later former President of ASUU, Professor Festus Iyayi at his home town, Ugbegun.

Not to forget that professor Iyayi was killed by the Kogi state governors convoy on his way to a meeting in Kano on how to end the long ASUU strike.
Though dead, his memories will live forever.
